Great service from the team at Aviavip Palma. The handlers were very attentive to our passengers’ needs on arrival and provided excellent support throughout. As the pilot, I requested assistance getting quickly over to the main terminal for my return EasyJet flight to the UK, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They offered me a beer or water for the journey home, drove me directly to the terminal, and even escorted me inside to make sure I knew exactly where to go. All in all, a very good team with genuinely helpful and professional staff. Highly appreciated.
