For FBOs
The crew choose before they land.
By the time an aircraft is on your ramp the decision was made hours ago, on a phone, in the cruise. WhatFBO is where that decision gets made — and it is free to be in it.
Handling enquiries has never been easier
Claim your FBO
Claim your FBO through a simple process, then manage your profile, respond to reviews, and get access to our unique tools. It is free, and it takes about twenty minutes.
Claim your listing See how you look now
The form asks for your name, an email address at the business and your FBO’s name, and that is the whole of it. More on how claiming works.
Your profile
Display the services you offer, what you charge for fuel, the accreditations you hold, and the payment methods you take.
The services you offer
Handling and parking, fuel, ground transport, ramp access, catering, customs and slots, each one stated rather than guessed. Blank is the worst answer here: on the comparison a crew reads, “not listed” does not mean “does not offer”, it means nobody has told us.
What you charge for fuel
Published in your own currency and your own unit, litres or US gallons, with an expiry date — so a price you have moved on from drops off rather than bringing you an enquiry you cannot honour.
Your accreditations
IS-BAH, Wyvern and your association memberships shown on the listing, where an operator with a standards requirement is looking for them.
The payment methods you take
Cards, fuel carnets and the rest, listed on your page — so an operator knows how they are settling before they arrive rather than at the desk.
Reviews, and your reply
Reviews come from verified flight crew. Your reply publishes underneath, attributed to you, so a bad day gets your side of it rather than standing on its own.
Your own indexable page
Fill in enough — 7 points of the completeness score — and your listing earns a URL of its own that search engines index. Below that you still appear on the airport page.
The audit
Let your customers know you are compliant. Fill in the audit once rather than a fresh form every time somebody asks.
Filled in once
Sections of questions, some required, with documents attached where a claim needs evidence rather than a tick. Answered once and saved as you go.
Then it works for you
Your audit standing and the date you last confirmed it sit on your listing, next to your accreditations and any documents you choose to publish. An operator checking whether you are current does it there, without emailing you a form.
Six months, then confirm it
A reminder arrives by email with a one-click review link, and in the app. Confirming is one click. Ignore it and there are forty-five days of grace before it lapses — which is the point: audited here means current.
What the audit does not do is move you up the list. Nothing does. The order at an airport is how much you have told us, then your rating from verified crew, then alphabetically — and that is the entire rule (here it is in full). The audit earns you trust, not placement, and we would rather say so than sell you something we do not have.
Quote Me
Ever wished a customer would simply tell you what they need — and that you could price each service and send it back with one click? Now you can.
- The request lands spelled out. Aircraft and registration, dates and local times, passenger numbers, and exactly which services they want — handling and parking, fuel, ground transport, catering, customs, slots.
- You price it in line items. Pre-filled from what you already publish: the services you have confirmed, and your own fuel price as the reference to quote against.
- You do not retype yesterday's quote. Your last ten are there to work from. Tax treatment and rate are applied, totals are computed, and the quote carries its own reference.
- It goes back in the customer's currency. Fourteen supported, converted on rates refreshed daily, so nobody is comparing your pounds against someone else's euros by eye.
- You can see your hit rate. Open, Responded, Won, Lost and Expired are tabs, not a spreadsheet you keep yourself. Decline with a reason or withdraw, and that is recorded too.
You never see another FBO's price, and no one ever sees yours. A quote is confidential between the FBO that gave it and the crew who asked. That is not a policy sitting in a document — on both sides of the system every single read of a quote is scoped to one FBO's own id, and there is deliberately no way to ask for one without it.
What it costs: nothing. Claiming your listing, answering the audit and responding to quote requests are all free. There is no tier that buys you a better position, because position is not for sale. How ranking works
Your listing already exists. Take it.
About twenty minutes, and you own what crew read about you. Or see how you look right now.
