PPR and slot coordination
Many airports require prior permission or an allocated slot before you may operate. Requirements are set by the airport or a national coordinator; the FBO requests them for you.
What to specify when you ask
FBOs consistently say enquiries arrive missing the same details. Include these and you will usually get a firm price first time rather than a round of questions.
- Aircraft type and registration
- Requested arrival and departure times, with flexibility if you have any
- Operator details and AOC status
- Whether the movement is commercial or private

Where FBOs have confirmed this
No FBO has confirmed ppr and slot coordination yet. That does not mean nobody offers it — most FBOs on the platform have not told us what they do. Ask them directly and we will record the answer.
