convenience for London is key here. lovely people who will do anything for you. Just let down by infrastructure where you can wait for fuel and it can take time to get through security. Can’t fault the attitude of the staff or security though
Handling ok, but takes time clearing the main gate to get to the terminal. Fueling wait time only 10-15mins. Cafe inside the terminal could do with improvement. Very little choice. some pre packed sandwiches. conveniently located for Heathrow.
