Our preferred FBO in Teterboro, especially when arriving internationally because US Immigration is next door. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Easy access to the ramp if you need to get airside. The crew lounge is newly refurbished and has snacks. It’s not the cheapest (hence 4 stars) and it can get busy. We were asked to make a non refundable deposit to secure handing during the Football World Cup.
Landed after a 9.5 hour flight and had to wait on the taxiway for 3 hours because they were overbooked, and didn’t have parking available, despite having a confirmed booking. Other aircraft waited over 5 hours.
